Christina is a thoughtful, grounded, and inquisitive therapist who works collaboratively with clients to both support and appropriately challenge them in the therapeutic process. She is committed to helping individuals build insight, resilience, and confidence while navigating life’s complexities.

She earned her Master of Social Work from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, with a concentration in Mental and Physical Health and a specialization in Gerontology. Christina has advanced training and extensive experience in the areas of grief, loss, mourning, and trauma, with a particular focus on how these experiences affect individuals across the lifespan.

Before entering private practice, Christina worked in adult and pediatric hospice settings, where she supported individuals and families through significant transitions, illness, and bereavement. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and the Gottman Method.

Outside of her clinical work, Christina prioritizes self-care through yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family.
