Christina is a down to earth and inquisitive therapist who likes to find ways to challenge her clients while building them up.
She graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Masters in Social Work, concentrating in Mental and Physical Health and specialization in Gerontology. She has extensively studied in the areas of grief, loss and mourning as well as trauma and its impact on the lifespan.
Prior to beginning private practice work, Christina enjoyed helping families in transition in adult and pediatric hospice. Christina is trained in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, as well as the Gottman Method.
Self care for Christina is yoga, hiking, kayaking and enjoying nature.

Karen Braun
Connecticut LMSW
Karen received her MSW from Arizona State University. Before she became a therapist, she owned a small, non-profit performing arts theater on Long Island, New York. She worked with hundreds of teenagers and young adults to use theater as a creative and emotional outlet, and she directed and choreographed more than 35 musicals during her tenure in theater. She established a number of teen organizations and incorporated the arts as a means of expressing feelings, fostering community, developing empathy, and boosting self-esteem. Karen brings years of expertise working with kids, teens, and adults through the arts and addressing issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and communication to her work in social work.
Karen continues to be a huge theater buff and enjoys all media, including binge-watching movies and television series. In addition, she enjoys crafting, playing with her two dogs and is constantly learning new hobbies.
Sara Fulkerson

Sara is an insightful therapist who honors the client experience and believes in each individual's capacity for healing and growth.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a master's in social work and has experience working with individuals diagnosed with bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety. Sara works with clients individually utilizing mindfulness, boundary-setting, grief processing, narrative therapy, ACT, and CBT as needed.
Sara balances her need for solitude and peace with recreational volleyball and soccer. She is a creativity enabler and is known for maintaining an endless supply of yarn, beads, paint, and glitter for art emergencies.

Jeremy operates from the belief that you have the capacity for personal growth and hold within yourself the resources for change and self-understanding. He believes that you are not defined by your problem, your trauma, or your mental health diagnosis. His goal is to empower you to transform your inner-narrative to rediscover purpose and meaning. His practice focuses primarily on anxiety, trauma, and crisis intervention. He uses an eclectic approach to counseling, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques and person centered therapy.
He holds a Master of Social work from The University of Southern California as well as a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University.
Chasey Miree

Chasey is a Social Work Intern currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Auburn University. Her training emphasizes evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered techniques. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician, Chasey is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment for clients.
